As a Business Program Manager I, Enablement at Google Cloud, you'll prioritize, design, and execute enablement programs for Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales teams. This involves managing programs across Google Cloud Platform products and solutions, industry and technical competency building, and standardized operational rhythms. You'll coordinate best practices, simplify regional enablement, empower Sales teams with content and tools, define focus areas and drive global execution, map sales team enablement needs, develop curriculum (in-person, e-learning, etc.), and build stakeholder relationships across global and regional teams. The role requires fluent English communication with US and Canada-based partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales enablement, training needs identification, working with enterprise sales and Go-To-Market processes, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in sales or sales enablement
  • Experience in training needs identification & program execution
  • Enterprise sales & GTM process experience
  • Fluent English communication
Good to have:

  • Technology/SaaS environment experience
  • GTM seller enablement content creation
  • Cloud technology platform knowledge
  • Strategic thinking & planning skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in sales or sales enablement.
  • Experience in training needs identification, developing and executing sales enablement programs.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales and Go-To-Market processes.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this role requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Customer Support, etc.), working with minimal direction.
  • Experience in a technology/SaaS environment, global system integrator or public cloud provider.
  • Experience building enablement content for GTM sellers.
  • Knowledge of a cloud technology platform.
  • Ability to be a strategic thinker that can take broad concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics, and implement those plans into action.

As part of the Google Cloud Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will be focused on prioritizing, designing, and executing enablement programs for all Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales teams that help drive the Business Enablement global priorities. This entails managing programs that span across Google Cloud Platform product and solution areas, industry and technical competency building, and the standardized operational rhythm of business.

  • Coordinate best practices, and simplify and accelerate regional enablement to help Sales teams navigate Google Cloud and drive the opportunity effectively.
  • Empower Sales teams to smoothly interface with all business growth content and tools.
  • Define the focus areas, translating them into initiatives and driving their execution globally. Map a persona based view of Sales team enablement needs, leading the development of curriculum for in-person, e-learning, and other assets for business and technical excellence and overview training.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and collaboration across global and regional teams to drive business enablement best practices in the Google Cloud Sales organization.
