Team Introduction The University Relations and Recruitment team plays an integral part as a key focal point between the business and students. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students that showcase the organization's people, culture & technology through events and programmes to attract, recruit high potential students. Project Intern As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities 1. Assist in campus recruitment and talent development. Gather information for strategies, help draft policies, and collect materials for market trend analysis; 2. Participate in campus recruitment projects. Coordinate with business departments, handle scheduling, interviews, and recruitment - related admin work to boost process efficiency; 3. Help with data collection and basic analysis. Based on results, offer simple suggestions to optimize the recruitment process.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master; 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 3. Excellent operations management skills. Preferred Qualifications Data sensitivity, strong judgment, open-mindedness, strong learning ability, and adaptability to changing environments.
