The Channel Retention Associate will play a crucial role in driving partner retention and renewals within the EMEA market. This involves leading conversations with partners to strengthen relationships, running retention initiatives, and collaborating with Channel Account and Marketing managers to align strategies. The role also includes supporting the renewal process, actively contributing to process improvements, and fostering partner and end-customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a communicative and proactive Channel Retention Associate to join our Channel Sales team. In this role, you will help drive partner retention and renewals across the EMEA market, working closely with our Channel Account Managers.

  • Lead conversations and meetings with partners to strengthen relationships and ensure long-term collaboration
  • Run retention initiatives and partner campaigns to minimize churn and maximize satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Account and Channel Marketing managers to align strategies and communication
  • Actively contribute to improving processes and bringing in fresh ideas to support partner and end customer loyalty
  • Support the Channel Account Managers with the renewal process for partners in the EMEA region

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with
  • Sense of urgency
  • Strong sales mindset – not afraid to start conversations and build relationships
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to find answers
  • Experienced in sales, renewals, or account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, Additional languages would be a plus

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Understanding of channel business models and partner dynamics
  • Background in the Tech or Software industry
  • Adaptability and resilience in challenging situations, with a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
