We are looking for a Communications Manager with a focus on Analyst Relations to help shape our narrative and drive engagement with key influencers in the industry.

 

This is a highly visible role, working cross-functionally and with key external influencers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, outstanding writing skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership. This role requires a strong background in relationship building, with a preference for candidates who also have experience in public relations, product marketing and/or issues management.

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyst engagement:
    • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with industry analysts to ensure a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and strategic initiatives
    • Developing and executing comprehensive analyst communication plans, including briefing documents, presentations, and regular updates to keep analysts informed and engaged
  • Coordinate analyst briefings and inquiries:
    • Managing and scheduling analyst briefings, inquiry sessions, and responses to reports and surveys, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Project managing RFIs and surveys in support of analyst reports. Working cross-functionally to ensure information submitted is complete, accurate and promotes Anthology’s leadership
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and competitive intelligence
    • Working closely with senior executives to provide insights into analyst perceptions and market trends
  • Staying updated on industry reports and trends from leading analysts, translating insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of analyst relations activities, providing regular updates to leadership and customer-facing teams
  • Attention to detail
    • Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all analyst-facing materials, including reports, presentations, and responses to inquiries, reflecting a meticulous attention to detail
  • Relationship building
    • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including product management, marketing, sales, and research and development teams, to gather insights and facilitate collaboration in support of analyst relations objectives
  • Strategic communication
    • This role will be a key member of the External Communications team. Strong writing and sound judgement are extremely important
  • Support issues management
    • Creating talking points, internal communications, and preparing external-facing team to speak to analyst reports, company news, and crisis issues as needed
    • Assisting in developing strategies for managing communications during crises or sensitive issues with analyst communities

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications with minimum 1 year of analyst relations or related roles
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling messaging
  • Comfort and proficiency in engaging with senior leadership on a regular basis
  • Exceptional multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstratable experience of building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Background in public relations or related fields

 

Pay range is $92,000 - $115,000/year depending upon experience. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
