The Google International Controllership team's mission is to keep Google safe, legal and operating in each jurisdiction in which the company operates. As a member of this dynamic team you know your accounting principles and the full accounting process end-to-end. You will be responsible for the statutory financial and tax filings required by law, and you will also manage and enhance the financial control environment.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with new changes to existing processes.
- Provide financial records and supporting documentation to auditors, and assist with the development of process cycle memorandums and procedural walk-throughs.
- Use data to extract meaningful insights and monitor the performance of different areas of a business.
