As a Sportsbook IT Engineer, you’ll own and/or support a wide variety of technologies empowering our Wrigley Sportsbook location while working collaboratively with Sportsbook stakeholders and IT partners. You’ll also work along-side a team of IT professionals across the globe to provide enterprise systems and connectivity. This role provides great opportunity for developing leadership, management, and technical skills, with development paths towards countless technology segments within DraftKings.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for proper IT services execution at our Sportsbook location(s)
Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, server systems, device management, and physical security technologies in coordination with the Retail, Engineering, and IT teams
Define a process for support & service request intake and execution for Sportsbook related activities
Track and provide metrics to IT leadership on support volumes, project activities, and service health
Be the IT point of contact and for business stakeholders for Sportsbook services
Provide Tier 1/2 technical support of our on-site Retail services, including sports betting kiosks, operator terminals, odds boards, video walls, and various A/V systems
Provide training and documentation to non-IT Sportsbook staff to ensure Tier 1/2 support coverage when you’re not on-site
Provide Tier 3 technical support for various IT services and technologies within our Sportsbook location(s)
Document and provide escalation playbooks for Sportsbook service incidents
Configure monitoring solutions and incident response procedures for service impacting incidents
Lead or assist with various other projects related to the success of the IT Global Infrastructure team (project categories based on individual experience/skill sets)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ownership of services with high quality standards
Strong technical diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
Experience or expertise with supporting various end-user device technologies (Windows, Audio/Visual, various computer hardware, etc.)
Strong understanding of network principles and experience solving network related issues
Experience supporting Windows server OS and rack mounted hardware stacks
Comfort in supporting data cable infrastructure with the MDF and from MDF to connection locations
Strong skills and experience with some of the following is required: Device management (Intune), AWS cloud services, Zscaler ZTNA, Meraki, Aruba, Fortigate firewalls, Linux management, Powershell, Python, automation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 62,400.00 USD - 78,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
