CRM Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE     

Join us at LeoVegas Group as a CRM Coordinator, where precision is paramount. You'll oversee flawless execution of tasks, manage bonuses and rewards meticulously, and maintain accurate communications across channels. Collaborate closely with teams to streamline processes, share best practices, and stay ahead of industry trends. Whether you're new to CRM or bring prior experience, this role offers a dynamic environment for growth and contribution.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Build and QA marketing emails, SMS, and push notifications using CRM tools.
• Coordinate and schedule outbound communications across multiple brands, markets, and player segments.
• Implement and test bonuses and promotions in back-office systems with precision and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance across all communication touchpoints.
• Work closely with CRM Managers to support campaign execution and player lifecycle journeys.
• Assist in setting up A/B tests and tracking key CRM KPIs like open rates, CTR, conversion, and retention.
• Troubleshoot and escalate campaign configuration or technical issues with relevant teams (Product, Tech, etc.).
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure delivery against weekly/monthly CRM plans.
   

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms, segmentation tools, and bonus configuration systems.
• Basic HTML knowledge for email editing is a plus.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
