Delivery Management Lead

As a Delivery Lead, you will be driving all RnD teams that are creating Family island game.

• Be responsible for 6 Scrum teams deliverables;
• Direct manager 3 Delivery managers;
• Be responsible for RnD roadmap;
• Plan and execute Feature releases;
• Communicate and negotiate risks with studio top management;
• Be involved in the day to day release and production activities;
• Manage the scope, schedule, and resources of key initiatives, ensure status, risks and open issues are tracked;
• Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
• Improve and support existing processes inside the RnD organization by working closely with other delivery managers in the studio;
• Be a synchronization point for all teams in a studio and apply effective communication and synchronization across business and technical function teams.

• 10+ years of experience as a Project manager, Game Producer;
• 2+ years of people management;
• Deep knowledge of software design, development and delivery cycle;
• Strong Project management skills;
• Experience in working with multiple projects (and teams) simultaneously;
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile development methodologies;
• Professional experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Experience with Change Management;
• Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills);
• Result-driven and self-organized;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
• Strong relationship and communication skills;
• Experience in Gaming industry (mobile games) is a big plus.
