Scopely is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to assist in the release of our console and PC Add-on content. The successful candidate will execute and facilitate the review, upload, submission, and release of digital content on all console and PC platforms.
You will collaborate and coordinate with game teams, release peers and senior management to ensure operations are aligned with the global mission, values and long-term strategic organization goals as well as ensuring continued service improvements are implemented. 


What you will do:
  • Responsible for the initial product setup and configuration of PC and Console (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Epic Games Store) add-on content in 1st party developer portals.
  • Coordinates and executes the upload, submission, and release of add-on content and all of its metadata (Localized text, Artwork)
  • Reviews all received content with an eye for quality and optimization
    • Pre-submission: validates all received content is delivered on-time and to required specifications
    • Post-launch: validates add-on content is released on schedule, and appears in storefronts as expected.
  • Supports managing the content catalog and owns folder organization, maintenance, and archival of console digital content.
  • Direct support to the LiveOps team 
  • Assists in the coordination of timelines, scheduling and asset requests.
  • Works cross functionally with marketing, live-ops, QA, Production, and Release Management to ensure add-on content is correctly received, sized and properly uploaded and tracking for launches.
  • Orders and distributes test codes for add-on content.
  • Manages and updates release documentation as needed.

  • Executes end to end release of PC and console add-on releases.
  • Documents all relevant processes of content updates.
  • Follows up on necessary communication around updates.
  • Identifies and suggests process improvement opportunities to support knowledge share with cross functional teams.

  • You're highly organized and process oriented
  • Possesses exposure to a project management tool such as Confluence, JIRA
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Highly effective communicator and collaborative in approach
  • Can manage workload independently and prioritize tasks
  • Is familiar with PC and Console 1st Party portals (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Epic Games Store)
  • Organized and methodical in approach with a proactive and curious mindset
  • Ability to thrive within a lean and fast-moving team
