Summary

As an EC Data Analyst at Publicis Media, you'll leverage Alibaba and JD.com's data analytics tools to analyze and segment brand consumers, optimizing "people-goods-market" alignment. You'll develop consumer operation strategies and marketing plans, contributing to brand marketing campaigns, including media and communication strategies with measurable KPIs. Responsibilities include analyzing post-purchase data, providing real-time improvements, writing reports, managing project teams, client interaction, and presenting results. Experience with large promotional events is crucial. You'll need strong data analysis skills, familiarity with Chinese e-commerce ecosystems (especially Alibaba and JD.com platforms), and proficiency in data analysis software (R/Python/SQL).

Job Description

Ø 使用阿里巴巴/京东等电商平台的数据分析工具，对品牌消费者进行分析跟细分，做到人货场匹配，结合电商平台节奏，制定品牌消费者运营策略和营销方案。
Ø 参与品牌营销活动推广，制定有效的媒体策略，沟通策略，并制定可衡量的关键绩效指标；通过对消费者后链路数据的分析，提出实时调整和改进意见。
Ø 负责日常报告撰写及优化，项目人员调配与进程把控，客户对接以及成果演示。

Qualifications

Ø 3年以上电子商务/研究/咨询经验，有电商运营/媒介管理/互联网用户运营经验者优先，大促场景经验必须!
Ø 熟悉中国三方电子商务生态系统尤其阿里系如数据银行，营销策略中心，达摩盘等淘系营销矩阵；如同时熟悉了解京东系如京东数坊，京准通，黑珑更佳。
Ø 优秀的数理基础(统计/信息技术专业)，有数据敏感度和突出的逻辑思维及数据洞察能力。
Ø会使用数据分析软件R/python、SQL者优先拥有电商数据工具的应用,天猫系的策略中心/数据银行
