The Enterprise Applications Analyst provides functional and technical application support for Enterprise Resource Management systems, focusing on user experience improvement and compliance. This role requires strong technical and business skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include acting as primary support for end-users, troubleshooting issues, developing solutions and process improvements for Operations and Finance teams, assisting in testing, creating training materials, translating business requirements into technical design documents, and participating in project teams. Experience with systems like Xytech, Ceta, and ClickUp is preferred. The analyst will also work with various reporting tools and metrics.
Must have:
  • Functional & technical application support

  • Excellent communication & documentation skills
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution expertise
Good to have:

  • Post-production environment experience

Position: Enterprise Applications Analyst
Location: Hollywood, CA (Hybrid)
*Pay Range: $62,000 - $100,000 USD annually

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Applications Analyst is responsible for providing functional and technical application support and delivery capabilities for Enterprise Resource Management systems, focus on improving user experience while ensuring that best practices and industry compliances are met. 
This position requires a unique blend of strong technical and business skills combined with customer-focused professional experience.  You will bring a track record of strong follow-through and consistently keeping commitments to internal business stakeholders, IT team members and external vendor partners 

MAIN DUTIES:
The Enterprise Applications Analyst acts as primary support contact for end-users; ensures that support requests are logged, analyzed and solutioned, investigating the root cause of issues and providing recommendations for solutions as well as recommending process and functionality improvements. They will assist in the development of solutions and process improvements in support of Operations and Finance team including various reporting tools and metrics and be a subject matter expert of scheduling and/or workflow systems such as Xytech, Ceta, Click Up. They will also be responsible for the following:
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identifies issues and bottlenecks in processes and practices and provide solutions that work across the global platform. 
  • Assists in the development of solutions and process improvements in support of Operations and Finance team including various reporting tools and metrics.  
  • Assists in preparation of functional / integration test plans, performs system, regression and performance testing for new releases. 
  • Prepares manuals and training materials and conducts training for end users on proper use of both new and existing applications. 
  • Translates business functional requirements arising from new requests into accurate and meaningful detailed functional and technical design documents.
  • Serves as a team member on projects to help & coordinate the development of metrics, reports, processes, analyses, etc. to meet user requirements. 

WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have an educational background in Information Technology, Technical Degree or working experience equivalent, with a primary focus on data management and/or programming. They must have prior work experience in an enterprise, multi-tiered, interdependent environment, and have hands-on system analyst experience. They must have a functional knowledge of business application concepts – examples include business applications, such as Oracle, Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP or similar applications.  Additional desired skills include:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Applications. 
  • Understanding of Relational Databases and API principles and design. Easter Egg 
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong issue management skills to assist with issue identification and problem resolution. 
  • Experience with capturing requirements and documenting business processes and needs. 
  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills. 
  • Demonstrates a customer-service oriented approach to problem solving and gathering feedback to determine continuous improvements 
  • Proactive engagement and a focus on continuous improvement. 
  • Previous experience in a post-production environment is preferred.
