Enterprise Marketing Manager - Germany

While we support remote work, we are looking for someone based in Germany with a strong understanding of the Germany market + fluency in the German & English language for this role.

About the role

We’re already fortunate to call several great German companies partners across publishing, media and tech including BiLD, Bertlesmann, and Synthflow. We’re hiring a seasoned Technology marketer focused on accelerating our Enterprise sales in Germany. You’ll play a key role in defining our growth strategy in Germany and be responsible for driving more leads and nurture our existing pipeline. You’ll translate growth efforts and collateral that have worked in the US and broader EU for the German market, running events and webinars, producing thought leadership content, crafting and optimizing nurture sequences, creating sales collateral, finding the best partnership and sponsorship opportunities, working with our performance marketing team for retargeting and ABM, and more. You’ll have significant ownership and high autonomy.

What you bring

• 3+ years experience doing Enterprise growth/marketing 

• Based in (or strong understanding of) German market

• Strong at copywriting and content development

• Product marketing ability - deeply understanding the customer base and determining how to position and message the product

• Analytical skills - you can use Google Sheets and/or SQL to understand the impact of the work you’re doing

• Ownership, autonomy, bias to action

Bonus Experience:

• Proficiency in 1 or more relevant channels (cold email / SEO / managing affiliates / performance marketing)

• Product sense

• Design skills
