As an Equity Accounting Analyst at Google, you will be responsible for leading an accounting process from end-to-end. Minimum qualifications:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Participate in monthly and quarterly analysis, forecasting versus actuals, key trends, and highlighting areas of focus for management, including the associated internal management and external financial reporting processes.
  • Apply ASC 718, interpretation of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and guidelines and their practical application on business processes and concise articulation of implications, writing accounting memos to document positions; assist in the disclosure roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), PAs, legal, tax, payroll, and HR, to ensure timely execution of deliverables and manage dependencies.
  • Monitor, maintain and improve ongoing processes which heavily rely on automated SQL-based data analytics and SAP capabilities.
  • Share repurchase and dividend related disclosures and the ongoing assessment of accounting and reporting guidance.
