The Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) helps find, engage and hire the next generation of leadership talent across Google. The team’s work is focused on the critical leadership roles that will be responsible for the future of the company. As an Executive Recruiting Researcher, you will focus on identifying and cultivating leadership talent who will help build, deliver, and drive our innovative technologies and services. You will own the talent market for a particular business or function with Google, utilizing various tools, resources and sourcing methodologies to uncover and engage the best talent in the space, to develop meaningful long-lasting relationships, and ultimately match them with the leadership opportunities to which they are best aligned.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
