Job Description

As a Field Account Executive – Healthcare at Zones, you'll generate sales, IT solutions leads, and close deals within Healthcare organizations. Working with an inside account executive, you'll actively prospect new accounts, develop established clients through outbound calling, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. You'll use your sales skills to overcome objections and position Zones' solutions strategically. The role requires 3-5 years of remote field sales experience selling to Healthcare accounts, especially Major Hospital Networks. Success involves collaboration, high-volume sales, C-level interaction, and a passion for technology.

Position Overview:

As a Field Account Executive – Healthcare at Zones, when you generate sales, IT solutions leads, close deals, and bring in new business in Healthcare organizations. After successfully completing your Zones training program, your focus in this account executive field sales position, paired with an inside account executive to help drive business.

What you’ll do as the Field Account Executive - Healthcare:

  • Actively prospect new potential accounts and develop established clients through outbound calling using Zones’ proprietary sales methodology
  • Develop your book of business by establishing, expanding, and nurturing relationships with key executive stakeholders and decision makers
  • Use your sales acumen to anticipate and overcome customer objections to close sales
  • Position Zones’ Line of Business Solutions as a strategic advantage to our customers’ long term success
  • Maintain Zones vision, values, and “Five Star” culture for success
What you will bring to the team:
  • 3-5 years of remote Field Sales Experience selling into Healthcare accounts with a focus on Major Hospital Networks.
  • Prefer experience teaming collaboratively with a field account executive in a high-volume fast-paced professional environment
  • Sales acumen; account development, C-Level interaction, prospecting, lead generation, problem solving, handling objections, confident closing skills
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and desire to learn in a classroom and hands-on coaching environment.
  • Passion for technology and the desire to be on the leading edge of new technology solutions. 

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 + Commission.
