Job Description

As a Field Service Technician at Tesla, you will be responsible for maintaining the optimal performance of renewable energy storage products and Superchargers. Your daily tasks include traveling to various locations in Poland (and potentially abroad) to perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning activities. This role demands expertise in electrical engineering, particularly with low- and medium-voltage systems (high-voltage experience is a plus). You'll be the primary point of contact for contractors, conduct root-cause analysis, prevent recurring issues, and provide feedback to engineering teams. Strong communication skills, independent work ethic, flexibility, and fluency in Polish and English are essential. An EU passport or work permit is required.

What to Expect

As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Poland. What You’ll Do

Perform all on-site technical activities: related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in western Poland and abroad when needed
Troubleshoot and perform root - cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
Stakeholder managment - act as the first point of contact to contractors
Prevent recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
Organizational tasks, like preparing, organizing, and planning your own technical activities

What You’ll Bring

Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field
Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plus
A passion for renewable energy
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
Flexible towards travelling
Fluency in Polish and a good command of English
An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position
