Mistplay seeks an experienced General Manager to lead its mobile games loyalty platform across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This senior role involves developing and executing regional strategy, leading a cross-functional team (commercial, partnerships, marketing, customer success), building key relationships with game publishers and developers, driving revenue growth, managing the APAC P&L, collaborating with global teams, identifying market opportunities, building a high-performing team, and representing Mistplay at industry events. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in gaming or related tech, 5+ years of leadership experience in APAC with P&L responsibility, and fluency in English and Korean or Japanese. They must be based in Seoul or Tokyo and willing to travel extensively.

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our mobile games loyalty platform across the Asia Pacific region. This senior leadership position will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and managing operations across one of our most dynamic markets. This role reports to the CEO of Mistplay.

What you'll do at Mistplay:
Develop and execute the regional strategy for our mobile games loyalty platform across APAC markets
Lead a cross-functional team including commercial, partnerships, marketing, and customer success; other roles TBD
Build and maintain relationships with key mobile game publishers, developers, and strategic partners
Drive revenue growth through new partnership acquisition and existing partner optimization
Oversee the P&L for the APAC region, including budget planning and resource allocation
Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and initiatives
Identify market opportunities and threats, adapting strategy to local market conditions
Build and mentor a high-performing regional team
Represent the company at industry events and forums across APAC

What you'll bring to Mistplay:
10+ years of experience in gaming, digital platforms, or related technology businesses
5+ years of leadership experience in APAC, with demonstrated P&L responsibility
Native or business-level proficiency in English and either Korean or Japanese
Strong track record of building and scaling businesses in APAC markets
Deep understanding of mobile gaming ecosystem and monetization strategies
Experience in loyalty programs, player retention, or related engagement platforms
Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships with partners

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with both Western and Asian gaming companies
Prior experience in a high-growth technology company
Strong network within the APAC gaming industry
Track record of successful strategic partnership deals

Location Requirements:
Must be based in either South Korea (Seoul) or Japan (Tokyo)
Willing to travel up to 40% of time across APAC region

Establish strategic partnerships with top X mobile game publishers in region
Develop and begin execution of 2-year regional growth strategy
