as a Resource and Business Partner Collaboration
This position is a leadership
role within the department and to serve as a consultant to the CXO team.
Collaborate closely with CXO
team to support People as a Resource initiatives and projects.
Drive initiatives and lead
tasks related to HR Support Delivery, Learning & Development,
Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs for the
organization.
Plan the annual forecast for
People as a Resource and be responsible for variance.
Policy
and Practice Reinforcement
Define and deliver culture for
all team members.
Promptly resolve issues related
to HR policies and practices.
Support the induction and
orientation process for newly hired employees, ensuring smooth adaptation to
the company culture.
Performance
and Talent Management
Assist managers in evaluating
performance, developing, and mentoring team members in alignment with our
talent values.
Support relevant teams on
complex employee relations cases, including those involving financial or legal
risks, redundancies, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Recruitment
and Talent Acquisition
Hone the Talent Acquisition team
to attract and retain top talent.
Learning
and Development
Ascertain learning needs for
business verticals and individuals to assist in overall growth of the company.
People
as a Resource Relations Management
Be knowledgeable of all
HR-related queries, including benefits, policies, procedures, and workplace
issues and hold the responsibility to provide closures which are aligned to the
company’s values. Support management and work with all teams on processes and
decisions relating to complex cases with financial or legal risks,
redundancies, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Provide accurate and timely
information to employees and escalate complex queries to CXO team when
necessary.
Ensure that employee queries
are resolved timely and efficiently.
Employee
Engagement:
Support employee engagement
initiatives, including town-halls, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
Assist in organizing employees
events and recognition programs.
Monitor employee engagement
levels and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in heading
HR function in a product based IT company.
Working knowledge of multiple
human resource disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee retention, compensation
practices, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
MBA degree from a tier one
institution is a must.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal
and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills
and attention to detail.
Ability to comprehend,
interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines,
regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Ability to acquire a thorough
understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications,
compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those
factors.
Excellent time management
skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.
Technology power user including
HRMS, Microsoft Office Suite or related software. GreytHR knowledge will be
helpful.
