Summary

As an HR Business Partner at Bosch, you'll act as the single point of contact for PSIN, aligning with RBIN on people-related matters. You'll play a governance role in Talent Management initiatives, partnering with Domain Leadership to execute people strategies (succession planning, hiring, rotations, STEP programs). You will drive business-specific HR initiatives, including SWP, FWP, IPE evaluations, and will lead global initiatives on gender diversity, expat management, and PCI tools. Reporting and analytics using PS Balance Scorecard, PS/BVS, and MBR reporting are key responsibilities, along with acting as the SPOC for internal/external audits.

Job Description

Talent Management and Development:

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for PSIN, bridging with RBIN on common people topics to foster alignment between PS global and RBIN guardrails.
  • Play a governance role in Talent Management initiatives such as Talent Associate Reviews (TAR) to ensure strategic alignment at PSIN level.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Domain Leadership (e.g., Commercial, Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering) to develop and execute people strategies, including succession planning, strategic hiring, job rotations, and STEP programs

HR Strategy Initiatives

  • Drive business-specific HR initiatives for PSIN, including Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), Functional Workforce Planning (FWP), IPE evaluations, and people strategy outcomes from SWP
  • Lead PS global initiatives and targets related to Gender Diversity, Expat Management, FWP, and PCI tools for SUL and PUL status, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver reports on PSIN-specific people topics using tools such as the PS Balance Scorecard, PS/BVS, and Monthly Business Review (MBR) reporting
  • Act as the SPOC for internal and external audits related to PSIN’s HR processes

Qualifications

Postgraduate (MBA/MSW) with specialization in HR with 5-8 years of core HR professional know-how with at least 3 years of HR business partnering
