Instructional Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing comprehensive learning paths and certifications for a dynamic online advertising platform. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in instructional design and digital marketing to create clear, engaging, and impactful learning content. If you are passionate about empowering users through education and have a deep understanding of online advertising, this role will allow you to make a significant impact on a leading brand’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the learning platform, its features, and functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to design tailored learning paths and certifications for diverse user segments.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create interactive, engaging, and effective materials, including eCourses, videos, tutorials, and written guides.
• Regularly review and update learning paths to ensure alignment with new platform features and industry best practices.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning paths through feedback and performance metrics, and continuously improve content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote learning paths and drive user adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, particularly with Rise360 and Intellum Evolve, and ideally with a focus on digital marketing or online advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of the learning platform’s features and a willingness to expand your knowledge.
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with excellent organizational abilities.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
