Job Summary

Job Description

This is a 1-year, part-time internship (6 hours/day) within Salesforce's Customer Success Group in Brazil (São Paulo) or Mexico (Mexico City). Interns will rotate through different roles: Solution Consulting (designing and implementing solutions), Technical Consulting (hands-on experience with Salesforce tools), and Project Management. The program focuses on practical experience, mentorship, and skill development in solution design, technical configuration, and project management. Interns will work on real projects impacting the business, learning from industry experts and contributing meaningfully to Salesforce's success. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (depending on location) and intermediate English are required.

General important information:

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

· Fluency in Spanish OR Portuguese (according to your home country) and Intermediate Skills in English

· Currently studying bachelor degree with graduation date between December/25 and June/26 OR a formed Salesforce apprentice currently studying tecnólogo with graduation date between December/25 and June/26.

· Availability to work from the office 4x per week

· Exemplary problem solving skills and ability to take initiative

· Adaptable to change and enjoys learning in a fast-paced environment
