Job Description

Sword Health is seeking an Internal Ops Strategy & Analytics Specialist to improve HR processes, promote team efficiency, and gain insights from data. This role involves improving HR processes and data quality for data-driven decision-making, creating and promoting tools to increase team efficiency, managing strategic HR initiatives from inception to completion, and building relationships with internal teams for seamless collaboration. The Internal Ops team supports employees, enabling them to contribute to their roles and drive Sword's success. This involves finding top talent, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring workforce needs are met. The specialist will work closely with the Internal Ops Lead to drive the team's strategy and impact.
Must have:
  • 2-3 years of strategy consulting or business analytics experience.

We’re looking for a highly driven Internal Ops Strategy & Analytics to take on the challenge of improving processes related to HR, promoting team efficiency and tools, as well as our ability to gain insights from the data we gather on our daily activities. Working closely with the Internal Ops Lead, this role is of key importance in driving the team’s strategy and therefore its impact on the quality of support we provide our Swords.

The success of an organization is determined by its People. The Internal Ops team supports our Swords and enables them to contribute dynamically to their role and in turn, drive Sword’s success. The team is divided in three areas: Talent Acquisition - Focused on finding the best talent and removing blockers that prevent us from making great hires; People Operations - Supporting our team throughout their lifecycle at Sword so that they can perform at their best and make a positive impact; People Partnerships - Act as a bridge between Sword's management and its employees, ensuring that workforce needs and the organization's goals are met harmoniously; Systems and Analytics - Maintaining and improving the systems that drive employees’ experience, as well as generating insights for the company about its people.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Improving HR related processes and data quality, to allow for insights and data driven decision making within the team and across Sword.
    • Creating, deploying and promoting the adoption of tools that increase team efficiency and data quality.
    • Project Management: Manage strategic HR initiatives from inception to completion, delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to support seamless collaboration and program success.

What you need to have:

    • 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or business analytics with a strong component of implementation and delivery in a fast paced environment.
    • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.

Base: €23,100 - €36,300
Variable: €1,400 - €2,200
Net equity value per year: €4,930 - 7,747

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
