In order to expand our team in Dallas (USA), we are now looking for a talented

Your Responsibilities:

    • MR Equipment Management: Set up, configure, and ship Mixed Reality equipment and hardware systems to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 
    • First-Level Support: Provide first-level technical support to employees and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. 
    • Inventory Management:Maintain and organize inventory of all hardware and MR equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels. 
    • User Support & Troubleshooting: Assist Windows users with technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform account maintenance. 
    • Onsite Customer Workshops: Be flexible to visit customers onsite for a few days each month to conduct workshops, helping them prepare and execute MR sessions. This is a great opportunity to travel and connect with exciting companies in the life science industry. 

Your Profile:

    • Education: Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior in a degree program and available for part-time work during the academic year.
    • Technical Skills: Good understanding of IT technologies, with a keen interest in MR/VR/AR and hardware systems.
    • Service Orientation: Friendly, user-focused personality committed to delivering first-class service.
    • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with an independent and proactive working style. 
    • Motivation: Highly motivated with a hands-on mentality, eager to contribute to a dynamic team. 
    • Flexibility & Enthusiasm for Travel: Willingness to travel and engage with customers onsite, building valuable connections.
    • Communication: Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
