IT Support Specialist (Onsite)

We're seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join us onsite and handle day-to-day IT needs, ensuring smooth technological operations across the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for employees across all departments.
• Set up and configure IT systems, including workstations, laptops, software, and network access for new hires.
• Work with the External IT team to maintain the company’s servers, network, and office hardware, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Create process documentation on internal systems, software configuration and SOP to support local and remote development teams
• Perform routine updates, patches, and security checks to maintain system integrity.
• Implement and manage firewalls, antivirus software, and data protection protocols to safeguard company information.
• Offer support and guidance to employees on new software, equipment usage, and best IT practices.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, user accounts, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with strong onsite troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with networking protocols, server management, and cybersecurity practices.
• Familiarity with deployment and configuration of Perforce, UE5, Maya and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar.

Location:

• Onsite in Orange, CA 

The standard annual base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $65,000 - $75,000 USD. Actual pay will vary depending on experience, qualifications, performance and location. The base salary range for locations outside of the U.S. will be adjusted according to location.
