The KYC Senior Analyst will assist team leaders with training, reporting, and project delivery, fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include running shifts, ensuring timely completion of workloads, minimizing revenue loss from unverified players, monitoring for suspicious activity, processing identification documents, performing KYC/re-verification checks on member accounts, and supporting efforts to prevent cybercrime and underage activity. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, proficiency in IT packages (especially Excel), and proven knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and detection methods. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven problem-solver with excellent communication skills.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

The KYC Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that the KPIs, objectives and targets of the business are met (and, where possible, exceeded), through the effective leadership and development of the team for which they are accountable. A core part of the Team Leader role will be the day-to-day management of the KYC team and offering support to CDD where required.

The Team Leader should possess great communication skills, both written and spoken and should be a motivated self-starter with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced business environment. The role is pivotal to creating high performing teams so that we can deliver excellent service to our players and minimise risk to the business.

The KYC Team Leader reports directly to the CDD Operations Manager, with focus on managing and supporting a Team of KYC Analysts and shifts will range between the hours of 6:30am – 1am (UK time).

So, what will you be doing?

  • Assisting the team leaders with new starter training programme and provide continual on the job support, acting as the first point of contact to answer queries to escalations.
  • Assisting the team leaders with monthly reporting.
  • Getting involved with the delivery of proactive projects, to further improve the effectiveness and efficiently of the KYC Services team.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
  • Running the shift, ensuring that daily workload across the team is completed to the highest standard in a timely manner.
  • Minimising lost revenue to unverified players.
  •  Monitoring site for suspicious activity.
  • Supporting to keep our sites free of cybercrime and underage activity.
  • Processing member identification documents.
  • Reviewing and performing KYC checks on member account registration across all our sites.
  • Reviewing and performing re-verification checks on member accounts across all our sites.

  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Possess high level of attention to detail
  • Possess prior knowledge of Fraud prevention, detection and investigation.
  • Must be self-driven and results oriented.
  • Able to demonstrate advanced understanding of our KYC policies and processes, with experience in dealing with these issues.
  • Numerate with excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficient in the use of standard IT packages (especially Excel).
  • Proven knowledge of KYC and Anti Money Laundering detection methods and regulation.
