Job Description

As Manager - Product (Rewards) at Dream11, you'll spearhead the planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns to boost the rewards program's engagement. This role encompasses the entire product development lifecycle, from conception to launch. You'll set and monitor key metrics, using data to drive decisions and build a top-tier rewards and gamification product. You'll leverage data and user feedback to identify needs and opportunities for improvement, collaborating cross-functionally to create innovative solutions that drive retention and growth. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of product management experience in rewards or gamification within a high-growth B2C company.

Must have:

2+ years Product Management experience in rewards/gamification
Excellent communication and data skills
Plan & execute successful product launches
Set and track product metrics
Identify customer needs and pain points
Drive product vision and development

From analysing consumer and industry trends to conceptualising features and strategy roadmaps, the Dream11 Product team facilitates cross-functional collaboration to develop innovative solutions that drive retention and growth at Dream11.

Your Role:

Plan and execute successful product launches and marketing campaigns to drive the rewards program and its engagement
Own the entire product development lifecycle from end to end
Set and track the right metrics for the product and use this information to make data-driven decisions
Drive the vision created to build the best in class product in the rewards and gamification domain
Use data and customer feedback to identify customer needs, pain points and opportunities to improve the product

Qualifiers:

2+ years of experience in Product Management in rewards or gamification domain at a high growth B2C company
Excellent communication and data skills
