We’re currently seeking a Marketing Asset Specialist for a well-known technology giant located in Culver City, CA. This is a hybrid role offering an exciting opportunity to work with one of the top players in the tech industry.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of marketing assets, ensuring their proper organization, tracking, and delivery. You will collaborate with internal creative teams, third-party vendors, and various stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create asset title records and ensure accurate metadata for marketing assets.
  • Confirm customer-facing asset titles and their platform placements.
  • Track and manage incoming source marketing assets and globally localized assets.
  • Maintain and update process and procedure documentation regularly.
  • Monitor project milestones, partner due dates, and deliverables.
  • Provide daily updates on schedules and alert teams to potential risks regarding project timelines.
  • Communicate project status through reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and third-party vendors on workflows and quality control.
  • Analyze reports and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Represent the marketing team in various meetings and discussions.
  • Support ad hoc projects as required.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations (preferably at a studio, streaming service, or marketing agency).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing ambiguity.
  • Proven confidence in presenting project status, issues, and schedules to management.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and bridge communication between business owners and technical teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing complex, international, time-sensitive projects.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for learning and success.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in the face of challenges, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Education:

  • College education preferred, or 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations and/or Marketing Asset Workflow.
