Marketing Service Specialist

We’re looking for a Marketing Services Specialist to join a global technology company’s Marketing Services team, supporting the management of global marketing video assets for a leading streaming platform. This 12-month contract role offers the opportunity to collaborate with creative professionals in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The position is hybrid and based in Culver City, CA.

Marketing Services Specialist Responsibilities:

• Assist Title Leads in managing global marketing video assets.
• Create asset title records and corresponding metadata.
• Track incoming source marketing assets and confirm customer-facing asset titles.
• Order globally localized marketing assets.
• Monitor project milestones, partner due dates, and issue alerts for at-risk deadlines.
• Update schedules daily and provide status reports to internal teams.
• Work with internal creative teams and third-party vendors on workflows and quality control.
• Analyze reports and represent the group in various meetings.
• Support additional ad hoc projects as needed.

Marketing Services Specialist Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations at a studio, streaming service, or marketing agency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in presenting project status and schedules to management.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and translating between business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain analytical outcomes in business terms.
• Ability to work under pressure on large-scale, time-sensitive projects.
• Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem (Mac OS, iOS, Apple Music, Apple TV+, etc.).

*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
