What would you do? Project Manager (PM) manages the day to day requirements for creative assets creation requests (Video, banners, Print). He/she need to prioritize, plan and estimate requests and deliver as per predefined timelines. A graphic PM is responsible E2E for the delivery of the project, they will work closely with the graphic producers, video producers and developers. Interfaces with Technical leads for parallel responsibilities. PM will work as part of the Studio team and in a nutshell, ensure artwork tasks are completed on time and to quality. In addition, this role is overall responsible for quality of output from studio teams, acting as the final checkpoint in Artwork and approving release. Having a meticulous eye for detail and taking immense pride in the team’s work will be key. PM will take overall responsibility for timings and quality. 5+ years of strong digital Ad-banner project management experience, with exposure to effort estimation, latest technology, graphics visualization and Adobe tools, Google web designer, Sizmek, Google DoubleClick Studio, video editing knowledge, Knowledge of print material
What are we looking for? • Accountable for the overall delivery of projects coming out of the Artwork Team, including QA of outputs • working closely with the Artworkers to facilitate a smooth flow of work through the teams, ensuring work is ready for client review • Quality control of artwork, working with Team to resolve any skill gaps, share learnings and enhance team • Plan, schedule and deliver work to deadline, maintaining appropriate QC processes, and ensuring approvals are completed by all stakeholders before final deliverables are provided • Communicates with onshore leads on call, chat, email • Regularly review project timings, identifying any complications, risks or requirements to keeping a project on track; demonstrate a willingness and ability to work with other department leads to find swift resolutions to delivery issues • Ensure that artwork in progress is appropriately recorded, tracked and visible to internal stakeholders, adhering to agreed processes and working practices • Ensure compliance with client policies - e.g. Embargoed imagery/content protection • Regularly report project status to internal stakeholders, managing delivery expectations through communication and open dialogue • Significant experience in a comparable role • Project management background • A ‘right first time’ ethos and strong delivery focus • Effective manager of time and resource to support delivery • Good Creative eye • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to build strong relationships • Possesses a thorough understanding of our team s capabilities • Adaptive – able to work under pressure and respond to moving deadlines • An ability to accurately estimate project requirements. In doing this gathering the views and agreement of those involved and understanding the business context in which those estimates are being delivered • An ability to see issues before they arise, put in place steps to avoid them and where appropriate, adapt processes after the fact to improve them • Thorough understanding of the technical aspects of the Artwork and a willingness to continue to learn • Excellent organisation and facilitation skills • Commitment to providing the highest level of client service and Creative quality • Demonstrate critical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills •
Roles and Responsibilities: • Regularly review project timings, identifying any complications, risks or requirements to keeping a project on track; demonstrate a willingness and ability to work with other department leads to find swift resolutions to delivery issues • Ensure that artwork in progress is appropriately recorded, tracked and visible to internal stakeholders, adhering to agreed processes and working practices • Ensure compliance with client policies - e.g. Embargoed imagery/content protection • Regularly report project status to internal stakeholders, managing delivery expectations through communication and open dialogue • Define, document and maintain consistent ways of working on all projects, aligning this cross-brand wherever possible • Develop and maintain excellent relations with team and a detailed understanding of processes • Work closely with other Project Managers to understand priorities and deliverables • Mentor, train and line manage studio team members • Attend briefings and inter-department meetings when appropriate • Champion the use of Agency-specified tools and technologies • Demonstrate critical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills
