The NetSuite System Engineer focuses on managing and optimizing NetSuite systems to support key business functions such as financials, logistics, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise and business needs to deliver scalable solutions, ensuring seamless system implementation and effective reporting. You will collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements, design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the NetSuite platform, as well as provide technical expertise and guidance. You will also perform system configurations, data migration, and implement accounting tasks, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide training and support to end-users.
Must have:
  • 4 to 6 years of NetSuite experience.
  • Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder.
  • Expertise in NetSuite financials and logistics.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite data model.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of NetSuite Analytics preferred.
  • Experience with middleware platforms like Celigo and Boomi.
  • Background in financial reporting and project management.
  • NetSuite certifications are a plus.

The NetSuite System Engineer focuses on managing and optimizing NetSuite systems to support key business functions such as financials, logistics, and inventory management. What you’ll be working on
  • Collaborate with the business teams to understand their business needs and requirements. 
  • Design, develop, and implement customized & scalable solutions within the NetSuite platform. 
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on NetSuite best practices. 
  • Perform system configurations, data migration and implement accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets 
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and processes. 
  • Manage implementation process for ERP& OneWorld modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite implementations. 
  • Provide training and support to end-users and hold training sessions on user adoption, etc as needed. 
What you bring to the role:
  • 4 to 6 years of experience working with NetSuite, including customization, administration, and development.
  • Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite Analytics preferred.
  • Past expertise in NetSuite financials, logistics, inventory management, and warehousing processes.
  • Strong understanding of the NetSuite data model, workflows, and scripting languages.
  • Skilled in SQL development, relational databases, data integration, and analysis.
  • Experience with middleware platforms like Celigo and Boomi, along with system implementation and integration.
  • Background in financial reporting, project management, and NetSuite certifications (preferred but not required).
