As part of the Network Team, you will provide network expertise and operational support to all areas of the business, reporting into a functional team lead. You will work with a variety of stakeholders including Service Delivery Managers, IT Architects and Systems Administrators. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations management of network-related incidents and service requests, resolution or escalation within SLAs, and management of network change communications. You will monitor and report on network health, perform daily health checks, install and commission network infrastructure platforms, and administer network protocols. You will also create and maintain network documentation, recommend new equipment, take responsibility for project deliverables, and provide 3rd line support including out-of-hours support and on-call participation.
