About the Role


SquadStack is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic People Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. As a People Operations Intern at SquadStack, you’ll gain experience in HR and people operations, supporting various initiatives across both areas. You’ll assist in candidate and vendor coordination, manage databases, oversee people operations tasks, contribute to Onboarding Process, and drive engagement activities. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and make an impact in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Candidate Coordination: Managing logistics and ensuring smooth communication with candidates and internal team.
  • People Operations Support: Assist in the onboarding process, maintain positive employee-employer relations, and support the People Operations and Admin team in overall management and hiring processes.
  • Managing Databases: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR-related data, and ensure data integrity across various people operations systems.
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including organizing team-building activities, collecting feedback, and implementing programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ad Hoc Admin Work/Projects: Support various people operations initiatives and administrative projects as they arise, contributing to the efficient and effective management and ensuring seamless operations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Pass out year 20
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholder proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Logistics

  • Compensation: 12k- 15k (Per Month)
  • Duration of Internship: 6 months
  • Joining: ASAP:)
