Job Title: Producer at Content Factory

Experience Level: 5+ years


Key Responsibilities:


Project Management:

  • Assist in overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, outlining milestones, resources, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative, technical, and operational, to facilitate project execution.


Team Support:

  • Work collaboratively with the production team to foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
  • Assist in task delegation, workload management, and ensuring alignment with project goals.


Budget and Resource Assistance:

  • Contribute to the development and management of production budgets, striving to meet financial targets.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to secure necessary resources and support negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and contribute to the control of production costs throughout project lifecycles.


Quality Control:

  • Assist in maintaining and enforcing high-quality standards during the production process.

Client Interaction:

  • Support communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and assisting in managing expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a production-related role.
  • Basic understanding of project management with exposure to handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to support and work within a production team.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
