Relax Gaming seeks a Product Compliance Analyst to ensure compliance across various regulated markets (Malta, UK, Alderney, etc.). Responsibilities include reviewing market compliance, performing gap analysis, organizing requirements in JIRA, collaborating with stakeholders, creating compliance documentation, assisting with requirement interpretation, building compliance tools, creating correspondence with ISO27001 standards, proposing compliance initiatives, and collaborating with external parties. The role demands experience analyzing regulations, writing requirements, building relationships, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Product Compliance on various product compliance tasks.
Must have:

The Relax Gaming Group is a B2B supplier for the online gambling industry. Our activity is regulated by a number of Gaming Authorities including the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, just to name a few. Relax operates three product verticals: Bingo, Poker, and Casino. Casino being the fastest growing of the three with over 100 games live and a distribution network of over 70 direct integrations to major European operators.


We are now looking for a Product Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance & Regulated Markets team to help maintaining our compliance status against all regulated markets as well as new markets product analysis and cross-jurisdictional product efficiency.


Responsibilities


  • Reviewing existing markets' compliance against technical and product regulatory requirements.
  • Performing current product gap analysis of all regulated markets.
  • Organization of current requirements library into JIRA compliance project.
  • Collaborate with relevant compliance areas internal stakeholders for collecting evidence and identifying compliance gaps.
  • Create and maintain compliance documentation, including product specifications.
  • Assisting internal stakeholders with interpretation of new and existing requirements, analysing their effect on product functionalities, processes and workflows and oversee any necessary software/system changes delivery.
  • Building process and tools to facilitate future compliance gap analysis and new market entries analysis.
  • Creating correspondence of security regulatory requirements against ISO27001 standards.
  • Working in collaboration with the Head of Product Compliance on all areas of Product compliance as well as possible different assignments.
  • Proposes compliance initiatives for product/operations development e.g. how to prepare our products and operations to meet future regulatory needs. 
  • Collaborates with external parties such as clients, legal counsels and certification test houses to obtain understanding in regulatory requirements.
  •  The above duties give an overall picture of the day-to-day responsibilities. They are not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned by the manager in line with business need.

Experience required

  • 3 years + experience in a similar position within the gaming industry
  • Familiarity with ISO27001-compliant environments
  • You are driven, service minded, responsible and self-motivated
  • You are positive, proactive and enthusiastic in finding simple solutions to complex problems  
  • You have previously analysed and evaluated regulations and their impact on the organisation and products enabling you to design effective/efficient solutions to meet the requirements 
  • You have experience in writing requirements
  • You are good at building relationships both externally and internally
  • You have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written’
  • Can communicate confidently, clearly and effectively

  • Have the ambition to grow within the role and the company
  • Are naturally interested in helping customers and devoted to solving problems
  • Capable of managing your workload notwithstanding competing priorities and respond positively to change
  • Have B2B experience, a technical background or tech/software company experience
  • Have JIRA knowledge
