Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect (Test Arch), you will design and develop complex quality engineering strategies, architect quality approaches and improvements across multiple groups/teams, define testing scope for complex projects, and participate in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality. Experience in one or more testing tools/frameworks and expertise with developing effective automation solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement quality engineering strategies. - Architect quality approaches and improvements. - Define testing scope for complex projects. - Participate in product design reviews to ensure system testability and overall quality. - Lead and mentor junior professionals in quality engineering practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of database administration principles. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA databases. - Knowledge of SAP HANA security and user management. - Hands-on experience in SAP HANA backup and recovery procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
