Job Description

As Regional Vice President, Sales - Enterprise for Germany, you will lead the Enterprise Business, reporting to the VP of Sales - DACH. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing sales talent; creating and executing business plans; forecasting accurately; acting as executive sponsor for key partners; and fostering a diverse and inclusive culture. You will be responsible for understanding and solving customer pain points through Zscaler's value proposition and guiding 4 teams to success. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of software/security sales experience with 2nd line leadership experience and a proven ability to engage with C-level executives.

We're looking for an experienced Regional Vice President to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team, leading the Enterprise Business in Germany in a second line management position. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales - DACH, you'll be responsible to:

  • Recruit, hire and develop sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep and first line manager, and coach and motivate a sales team to realize their full potential
  • Genuinely understand and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition
  • Be the GM of your business and create a plan for success, and accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly across 4 teams
  • Act as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, have meaningful conversations and drive opportunities to closure
  • Foster a culture which embraces DE&I

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience within software or security industry
  • 2nd line leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level

  • You have established relationships with current and prospective customers
  • You understand the bigger picture, customer goals and how technology can facilitate them
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos
