Job Brief

As a Sales Executive at Lurkit, you will have the gaming industry insights at your fingertips, as a part of a growing sales team whose mission is to help game studios and publishers around the world work in a new and better way when it comes to marketing their games.

Your day to day work will consist of managing all aspects of the sales process including active prospecting, qualification, evaluation, closing and account care and will play an integral role in the success of Lurkit. You'll manage the full sales funnel from the first call to close. As someone who works directly with our current and prospective customers, you'll be in the right position to gain insights on what our sales machine needs. As a confident communicator, you'll be responsible for conveying and negotiating financial agreements with customers. You'll ensure an incredible customer experience through the handoff process and help our team develop and scale best practices with these processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating new opportunities and acquiring new customers focusing on driving towards individual sales targets
  • Consistently identify new sales opportunities and maintain associated activity necessary to generate new sales
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and products demonstrations, by online demo
  • Prepare accurate sales quotes, develop and present product demonstrations and proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner. Negotiate contracts and pricing to win new business
  • Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on Lurkit's CRM system (HubSpot). Ensure all documentation is complete
  • Focus on prospecting new customers to achieve a high volume at the top of the sales funnel. Manage sales pipeline from initial contact through a billed customer

Requirements:

  • 1+ years SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling web-based products/services
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Proficient skill in CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Have a passion for Sales with a proven track record of strong negotiation skills, high performance and target achievement
  • Have proven experience in an outbound sales atmosphere, comfortable prospecting and managing a sales pipeline
  • Maintain a high velocity in regards to sales activity consistently
  • Possess a self-starter approach and a high level of drive to achieve business goals and individual targets
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and new accounts
