Job Description

Colliers is looking for an enthusiastic junior sales professional to join their dynamic residential sales team. The role involves developing individuals into outstanding sales professionals with provided training and guidance. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of residential project marketing. This permanent, full-time position requires working five days a week, including weekends, on various off-plan projects across the Gold Coast.
Must have:
  • Meet and greet prospective buyers
  • Handle buyer inquiries and follow up
  • Enter and update data in systems (CRM & DevID)
  • Prepare sales summaries
  • Monitor buyer, contract, and deposit follow-ups
  • Monitor and report promotional activity responses
  • Assist with weekly sales reports
  • Conduct market research
  • Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings
  • Current QLD salesperson certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Colliers is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated junior sales professional to add value to our dynamic residential sales team. We are looking for a person with the right energy, drive and attitude that we can help develop into an outstanding sales professional. Ideally the successful candidate will have had previous exposure and knowledge of the property industry and Colliers will provide the training, guidance and leadership to ensure you are able to succeed in this role. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all facets of residential project marketing.

This permanent, full-time position will require the successful applicant to work 5 days per week including weekends on various off the plan projects across the Gold Coast.

The core duties and responsibilities of the position are:

  • Meeting and greeting prospective buyers
  • Handle buyer enquiries & follow up
  • Entering and updating data in the various systems like CRM & DevID
  • Preparing documentation like sales summaries
  • Monitor and follow up buyers, contracts and deposits
  • Monitoring and reporting responses from promotional activities
  • Assisting with weekly sales reports
  • Conducting market research
  • Attend weekly meetings sales and marketing meetings

Qualifications

To be considered, you will be required to have a current QLD salespersons certificate (or the willingness to obtain one quickly) as well as a willingness to apply yourself to all tasks and responsibilities that are assigned to you.
