Job Description

As a Sales Development Manager (SDM), you will help drive new business for Google Security products. Responsibilities include prospecting new customers through various channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn), qualifying leads, building relationships, scheduling appointments for the sales team, tracking progress, reporting to management, and collaborating on business strategies. The role requires managing the entire business process from prospecting to closing deals. This is a full-time position requiring 7+ years of sales or related experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and experience with outbound prospecting and CRM software (Salesforce preferred). Knowledge of Google Security products is a plus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Experience working both individually and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools (i.e., Salesloft)
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (i.e., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of Google Security products and services.
  • Ability to manage entire business process from prospecting through close.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, prospecting, and relationship building skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
