Starkflow is hiring a Sales & Partnerships Manager/Associate to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US and European markets. Responsibilities include new client acquisition, leveraging existing networks to generate leads, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, leading sales presentations and negotiations, and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience in HR, recruitment, or technology, a strong network of contacts, exceptional communication skills, and strong analytical abilities. The position is remote and based in Eastern Europe.
