About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing

Drive growth of local market share through strategic partnerships and activities, as well as data-driven decision making
- Be responsible for the development of GTM strategies and end-to-end online/offline growth campaign process; from ideation, execution & reporting.

Work closely with cross functional leads to build effective work streams between local and global growth teams

Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional teams, ensuring alignment and sharing of best growth practices

Ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant regional laws and regulations.
What We Look For In You

4+ years experience in a growth focused role, preferably in a crypto exchange or fintech

Keen strategic thinking and planning

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening

Effective problem-solving skills & attention to detail
