Position Summary

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in executing Buckman’s strategic. He/She develops new businesses in Tissue Paper Industry and maintains the existing ones which provide sales and profitability. Achieves the financial objectives as Gross Profit, Market Profit Contribution, Operation Profit goals, achieving customer satisfaction. In partnership with collection area, takes care about Account Receivables.

Looking to take advance of our Digital resources as market advantage.
Comply with the agreed budgets, under a planning of activities, which also include aspects of Safety, Sustainability and Continuous Improvement.
Managing the portfolio of sales target projects to maximize speed and efficiency to convert into business.
Managing the resolution of customer claims to avoid attrition.

Encouraging and promoting new Technologies according to Company strategy
 

 

Competencies Needed for Success

 

5+ years of experience as Sales Representative/Account Manager. His/Her role's responsibilities include managing and guiding all aspects of projects from inception through execution, cultivating of internal, as well as external relationships. Key attributes being sought include exceptional communication skills, unwavering attention to detail, and an innate desire for teamwork and integration. This is a demanding and challenging position with development opportunities which requires the following profile:

 

          Pulp & Paper Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology. Pulp & Paper degree preferred.

          Excellent knowledge about Pulp and Paper Chemical Market

          Excelling in sales management

          Excellent for human relations, teamwork, sales, pro-active, high responsibility

          Excellent for new business development

          Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports.

          Strong solution sales skills and business analysis

          Excellent oral and written communication skills

Highly Desirable Experiences

          Sales in Pulp & Paper chemical markets

Minimum Requirements to Apply

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemical area.
  • + 5 years of work experience in sales
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organization skills
  • Living in Querétaro, Morelia or San Luis Potosí

  • Chemical market sales
