The Senior Manager - Finance at Phantom FX will provide strategic financial direction, overseeing financial reporting, payables management, taxation, and statutory compliance. Responsibilities include accurate recording of financial transactions, handling income tax, GST, VAT, FBT, and secretarial matters; assisting with internal and external audits; preparing financial statements and MIS reports; conducting variance analysis; creating reports for strategic financial planning; advising on meeting company targets; utilizing financial modeling; assisting with due diligence; structuring financial deals; and liaising with stakeholders. The role also involves working with HRD on payroll and preparing legal documents. A CA-Intermediate qualification is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibility
● Providing strategic insight and knowledge to shape the financial direction of Phantom FX ● Sr. Executive Finance would be responsible for Financial Reporting, Payables Management, Taxation & Statutory compliances ensuring proper accounting and reporting ● Ensure timely and accurate recording and processing of Vendor invoices, Expense Reports both manually as well as in accounts payable software ● Independently handle Income Tax, GST, VAT, FBT and Secretarial matters. Filing of various returns under above acts. ● Assist in the external and internal audit of Company’s financial statements ensuring accurate reporting. Preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules and be a primary point of contact for the auditors. ● Preparation of information on the financial direction of the business ● Preparation of MIS reporting monthly and quarterly variance analysis. ● Creation of all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning ● Advising on meeting targets of the company and creating investment capital ● Use financial modelling to predict outcomes ● Assist with Investor of Vendor Due Diligence preparation ● Structuring financial deals ● Liaising with all parties involved in financial transactions ● Assisting with negotiations ● Preparation of relevant legal documents ● Working with HRD on Payroll. ● Keep records of all daily transaction ● Prepare/ Finalisation of P&L and Balance sheet ● Take major part in budget preparation ● Any other task as may be assigned by Reporting Manager/Management
Requirements
● Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
● Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
● Experience using financial software
● CA - Intermediate qualification is a must.
● Advanced MS Excel skills
● Knowledge of financial regulations
● Excellent analytical and numerical skills
● Sharp time management skills
● Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
● B.com degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
● Professional qualification as a CFA/CPA is considered a plus
