The Senior New Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the go-to-market of a variety of innovative initiatives in APAC, revolutionizing the way the mobile gaming industry creates loyalty and retention. New initiatives would include not only new products and services but also new market & business expansions across APAC geos, working directly with APAC, GM, regional leaderships as well as key global stakeholders. This position will reside in Seoul, South Korea.


One of the products is our new revolutionary SDKs that would allow app developers to monetize entire segments of users who would never have never spent on in-app purchases otherwise and increase the LTV and retention of high quality users. For this initiative, your role will be prospecting and establishing partnerships with app developers - both existing clients of Mistplay and entirely new clients. In this role you will also work with sales leadership as we continue to grow into the leading mobile gaming loyalty platform in the industry, and cross functionally with our product team to evolve the product features and to ensure clients/partners success and satisfaction.


Also, APAC is a fast growing region with high potential of growth while still in the early phase of business so new opportunities are opened for us with self initiatives such as new market openings through diverse ways of go to market along with market dynamics


What you'll be doing:

Drive market research, analysis and go to market for strategic growth in the region in terms of new products or initiatives.

Systematic approach to establish, and maintain relationships with prospects for long term partnerships.

Engage and work closely with Mistplay sales leaderships to ensure alignment in terms of partnerships into new initiatives.

Maintain pipeline reporting and regularly report status updates, challenges, opportunities, threats, ideas to regional leaderships including the territory analysis, market potential and status reports.

Work closely with legal, finance and other relevant stakeholders to make deal progress and close in terms of partnerships.

Attend industry conferences to get updated on the market along with customer meet ups and present our key products and services.

Stay up to date on developments in the mobile gaming and mobile app monetization industries

Continually improve sales and negotiation skills via company provided training and self-directed professional development

Meet or exceed business goals

Work with sales enablement and marketing team to develop and update sales materials


What we're looking for:

7+ year experience in business development or strategic planning or sales, account executive, or similar roles driving new initiatives to the growth.

Ability to generate leads and build opportunity pipelines

High understanding of negotiating principles with excellent communicator and presenter

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

Organization and time management skills

Enthusiastic and passionate

Experience working with market research and other tools for prospecting

Self-sufficient high performer who enjoys contributing to the success of your team

Experience in gaming market a plus

Experience in the mobile gaming or adtech market a huge plus

M&A / partnership experience is a huge plus.

Multi Asian language skill sets are a huge plus too.
