Title: Sr. Operations Analyst

Reports To: Sr. Director of Sales Operations

Department: Revenue Operations

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Position Status: Salary Exempt

 

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a motivated Senior Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role supports key strategic initiatives and operational functions, while also contributing to the development and maintenance of sales quotas and forecasting accuracy. The Senior Analyst will work across various departments to provide insights that drive performance improvements and ensure quota-related processes align with business goals.
What You’ll Do: 
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies that align with overall business objectives.

     
  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for process improvement.

     
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and provide actionable recommendations.

     
  • Assist in maintaining accurate territory alignments.

     
  • Conduct sales forecasting and reporting to support business decisions.

     
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership review.

What You Need: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

     
  • 4-6 years of experience in operations, strategy, or quota management.

     
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

     
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

     
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

     
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.

     
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business need
