Responsibilities
- Manage the project implementation and onboarding process with an emphasis on meeting project goals, staying on schedule, and providing a seamless, positive client experience.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to assess and prepare infrastructure – including network, hardware, and other prerequisites – for effective XR deployment.
- Conduct remote and onsite training sessions to equip client teams with the skills needed to use our solutions independently, establishing a foundation for ongoing success.
- Monitor solution performance by tracking usage and collecting client feedback, making necessary adjustments to ensure operational efficiency and solution effectiveness.
- Support the continuous improvement of our implementation service by documenting best practices, refining processes, and updating delivery methods for enhanced project execution.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field; an MBA or master's degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of post-graduate work experience with a proven track record in project implementation and operational success.
- Experience working in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm.
- Hands-on project management skills, with a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and focused on delivering tangible customer value with every project.
- Practical understanding of the Life Sciences industry, particularly within Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences Instruments/Tools; experience in operations or service operations is a strong advantage.
