Roof Stacks is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/HRBP to drive innovative projects in Tourism Systems, Extended Reality (AR/VR), Blockchain Technologies, Game Development, and Financial Technology. The role involves executing end-to-end recruitment cycles for IT and non-IT positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and building talent pipelines. Responsibilities include consulting with hiring managers, providing market intelligence, reporting to management, and developing global talent and career management processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (IT or non-IT), experience with ATS systems, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
*Execute an end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the IT and none IT positions,
*Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer,
*Build strong talent pipelines and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process,
*Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs,
*Provide guidance and serve as a talent advisor to share market intelligence for hiring managers,
*Provide standart and ad-hoc reports to management team,
*Develop standards for talent and career management processes (talent identification, talent reviews, succession planning, career roadmaps, rotation programs) and takes role in full execution at a global scale.
What are we looking for?
*Bachelor’s degree in related field,
*Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, either in IT or non-IT roles,
*English language skills is a plus,
*Experience with ATS System,
*Proven performance in IT talent acquisition processes,
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization,
*Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
