Senior Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Test Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience in test automation and a strong background in E2E (UI) testing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on the enhancement of existing products, focusing on both backend and frontend testing.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Selenium IDE and automation frameworks for test development and execution.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript for developing and maintaining automation scripts.
• Hands-on experience with security testing methodologies and tools to ensure application safety.
• Experience using performance testing tools to assess system scalability and resilience under different conditions.
• Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and testing cycles.
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent knowledge of software testing principles.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience working within the Fintech industry.
• English Level: Upper-intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working within Agile environments and contributing to Agile testing processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes to support continuous testing and deployment.
• Understanding of KYC, AML, GDPR, SOC2, and PCI-DSS testing requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with development objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for E2E testing using Selenium and SpecFlow for UI testing, and C# for backend testing.
• Conduct API testing using Postman to ensure the functionality and performance of backend services.
• Continuously enhance and improve the test automation framework and existing products by identifying gaps and opportunities for better performance and coverage.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to align testing strategies with development goals and product requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest testing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.
• Promote a quality-first approach within the organization and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
