Senior Unity Game Developer

Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unity Game Developer to join our team. As a Senior Lead Unity Game Developer, you will be responsible for developing and leading the creation of high-quality, interactive games for mobile devices. You will be tasked with collaborating with other developers, designers, and artists to create games that incorporate cutting-edge web3 technology. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Unity games for mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to bring game concepts to life.
• Work closely with the team to create technical designs and identify potential roadblocks.
• Create and maintain code documentation, testing plans and reports.
• Develop and implement game mechanics, features, and functionality.
• Lead, mentor and manage junior developers.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the gaming industry.
• Work with blockchain developers to integrate web3 technology into the games.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing games.
• Ensure that all games meet high quality standards and are delivered on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Unity game development.
• Experience in leading a team of developers.
• Proficient in C#, Java, and Unity.
• Experience with web3 technology and blockchain development is a plus.
• Experience in game design, mechanics, and balancing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
