SHE & Facility Coordinator

At TVH, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SHE and Facility coordinator to strengthen our commitment to workplace safety, health, and environmental sustainability. In addition you are responsible for facility related tasks. 

Your role and responsibilities

• Conduct SHE inspections to identify risks and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

• Manage incident reporting and investigations, including documentation, interviews, and follow-up on corrective actions.

• Promote employee well being through health programs that support physical health.

• Implement and monitor environmental programs, ensuring adherence to environmental laws and minimizing impact.

• Organize and deliver SHE training, raise awareness, and ensure all mandatory training is completed.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and records related to SHE activities and compliance.

• Identify and implement optimizations in workplace safety, ergonomics, and environmental performance.

• Actively develop your technical and procedural skills through continuous learning, training, and project participation.

• In addition to SHE responsibilities, this role also includes tasks related to facility management. You will oversee certain aspects of building maintenance, coordination with service providers, and ensuring the workplace remains safe, functional, and compliant with relevant standards

How to succeed / Your profile

• You have 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse. 

• You have the needed certification to give SHE trainings and to perform SHE audits. 

• You have a good knowledge of English.

• You have strong entrepreneurial skills to shape this position that is new in our organization in Poland. 

• You have good communication skills to connect with stakeholders in Poland and abroad.
